The Hankook ‘Great Hit 2011’ Mail-In Rebate promotion will be available to retail consumers within the United States and Puerto Rico only who purchase four qualifying Hankook tires from the dates of September 1, 2011 thru November 30, 2011.

1. The Hankook ‘Great Hit 2011’ Mail-In Rebate offer is valid only following the purchase of four (4) new qualifying Hankook tires, in any size, between Sept. 1st , 2011 and Nov. 30th, 2011 as follows:
   • $80 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Ventus V12 evo (K110)
   • $50 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Optimo (H426)
   • $50 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Optimo (H727)
2. For consumers to claim their mail-in rebate, they must complete and submit a rebate application form along with the original sales invoice for the purchase of four (4) qualifying tires. The sales invoice must include the Name of the Retailer where the qualifying tires were purchased, Date of Purchase, Description of Product(s) Purchased and Method of Payment. Any rebate application(s) that do not have all of the required information included will not be processed.
3. To be eligible for the promotion consumers must reside within the United States or Puerto Rico and must purchase their tires from an authorized Hankook dealer located within the United States or Puerto Rico. This offer is not valid where restricted, taxed, or prohibited by law.
4. Consumer(s) must mail all information, including the completed Rebate Application Form and Original Purchase Invoice, to the address provided. All Rebate Applications must be postmarked on or before December 30th, 2011.
5. Only one mail-in rebate associated with the purchase of four (4) qualifying tires per individual/household/address will be allowed.
6. Any and all claims that do not meet these submission requirements will be rejected. Rebate submissions that include false, altered, or forged purchase information will be considered invalid and fraudulent. All decisions made by Hankook Tire America Corp. are final.
7. Not valid with any other offers made by 3rd party.
8. Rebate payment will be sent within 8-10 weeks of Hankook Tire America Corp.’s receipt of a qualifying submission in the form of a Prepaid American Express Reward Card. Prepaid American Express Reward Card may be used at U.S. merchants that accept American Express® Cards. Funds do not expire. The Card cannot be used at ATMs. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. 9. To check the status of their rebate, consumers may go to MyRebateOnline.com or check their email. If they have not received information after 6 weeks, they may call 877-215-1913 (Monday – Friday, 8AM - 8PM EST).
10. Qualifying tires purchased as part of this promotion cannot be returned, or rebate is no longer valid.
11. Commercial purchases, Fleet and Warranty replacement purchases are not eligible for the mail-in rebate.
12. This offer is no longer valid if not fully redeemed within 6 months from qualifying purchase date.
13. Hankook Tire America Corp. and its Rebate Processing Center are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected mail.
14. All properties sent as part of the rebate application become the property of Hankook Tire America Corp. and will not be returned.
