The Hankook ‘2013 Great Catch’ Mail-In Rebate promotion will be available to retail consumers within the United States and Puerto Rico only who purchase four qualifying Hankook tires from the dates of April 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2013.
The Hankook ‘2013 Great Catch’ Mail-In Rebate offer is valid only following the purchase of four (4) new qualifying Hankook tires, in any size, between April 1 , 2013 and June 30, 2013 as follows:
$80 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Ventus V12 evo (K110)
$60 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Ventus S1 noble2 (H452)
$50 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Optimo H727 (H727)
$50 Rebate following the retail purchase of four (4) Hankook Dynapro HT (RH12)
For consumers to claim their mail-In rebate, they must complete and submit a rebate application form along with the original sales receipt for the purchase of four (4) qualifying tires. The sales receipt must include the Name of the Retailer where the qualifying tires were purchased, Date of Purchase, Description of Product(s) Purchased and Method of Payment. Any rebate application(s) that do not have all of the required information included will not be processed.
To be eligible for the promotion consumers must reside within the United States or Puerto Rico and must purchase their tires from an authorized Hankook dealer located within the United States or Puerto Rico. This offer is not valid where restricted, taxed, or prohibited by law.
Consumer(s) must mail all information, including the completed Rebate Application Form and Original Purchase Receipt, to the address provided. All Rebate Applications must be postmarked on or before July 31st, 2013.
Only one (1) mail-in rebate offer per person, household, or address. Offer requires a purchase of four (4) qualifying tires (a set) within the same pattern.
Any and all claims that do not meet these submission requirements will be rejected. Rebate submissions that include false, altered, or forged purchase information will be considered invalid and fraudulent. All decisions made by Hankook Tire America Corp. are final.

Rebate payment will be sent within 8-10 weeks of Hankook Tire America Corp.’s receipt of a qualifying submission in the form of an American Express Reward Card. The American Express Reward Card can be used at U.S. merchants that accept American Express® Cards. Subject to applicable law, a $2.00 monthly fee will be assessed against Card balance starting 7 months after Card issuance. No ATM cash withdrawal. Some limitations apply, including restriction on use at cruise lines or for recurring billing. See Cardholder Agreement for complete details. Except as otherwise stated in the Cardholder Agreement or where required by law, this Card cannot be redeemed for cash. This Card is issued pursuant to a loyalty, reward or other promotional program. To check the status of the rebate, consumers may go to MyRebateOnline.com or check their email. If they have not received information after 6 weeks, they may call 877-215-1913 (Monday – Friday, 8AM - 8PM EST).
Qualifying tires purchased as part of this promotion cannot be returned, or rebate is no longer valid.
Commercial purchases, Fleet and Warranty replacement purchases are not eligible for the mail-in rebate.
This offer is no longer valid if not fully redeemed within 3 months from qualifying purchase date.
Hankook Tire America Corp. and its Rebate Processing Center are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, postage due or misdirected mail.
All properties sent as part of the rebate application become the property of Hankook Tire America Corp. and will not be returned.
