The Hankook Ventus ST RH06 tire features an advanced tread compound molded into a V-shaped directional design to enhance handling and traction in both dry and wet road conditions. The tread generates very minimal noise for a nice quiet ride thanks another Hankook technology: Dual Depth Pitch Theory (DDPT). This new k-technology reduces the sound generated by the tire by interupting the harmonic pattern created by a spinning tread with sipes that are all the same size and depth.
The tire's internal structure includes two steel belts reinforced with two plies of spirally wrapped nylon to enhance high-speed stability and durability. A jointless bead and high bead filler blend a uniform ride with high-speed stability, and a rim protector provides excellent resistance to side impact that could mar the surface of your wheel.
