Shipping & Payment Policy
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on tires after setting your delivery zip code. Tires ship via FedEx Ground and the shipment times are a very good estimate, although not an exact number of delivery days. Depending on when you place your order, there may be one, possible two days of processing time.
Delivery Address Options
You can choose between 3 delivery options:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records.
Out of Stock Merchandise
We make every attempt to provide accurate inventory levels on our website. Occasionally we are out of stock. In these instances, you will be notified by e-mail and receive a phone call if we do not have your tires in stock. If we ex[ect stock soon we will send you the date that we expect to ship your order. We may also provide you with alternative tires to consider.
Home Delivery and Order Tracking
We send tires via FedEx. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires have shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
If you do not receive your order based on the estimated delivery date contained within your tracking number, please send an e-mail to email@example.com, or call us at 1-855-978-6789.
Delivering outside the United States
We currently do not ship tires outside the United States.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Affirm.
