FedEx Delays Update
FedEx is experiencing delivery delays in certain portions of the USA. Due to Covid 19 FedEx anticipates these delays to persist for some time. Read FedEx Service Alert
Covid-19 Pandemic update
During the Covid-19 outbreak, we have implemented the advised precautions to keep our employees and customers safe. We continue to ship tires Monday - Friday .
*Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you Monday - Friday, 5 am to 5pm PST. Please give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.
*Tire Deliveries may experience some delays as FedEx works to handle the increase in packages throughout their delivery system.

Shipping and Delivery Options
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on tires after entering your delivery zip code. Tires ship via FedEx and the shipment times are a good estimate, although not an exact number of time-in-transit days. Tires are delivered Monday - Saturday. FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends or certain holidays. Once the tires are picked up, the time-in -transit estimate begins. If you place your order Friday afternoon, or on the weekend, your tires it will not ship until the following week. Currently we only offer FedEx Ground, expedited shipping is not available. Depending on when you place your order, there may be one, possibly two days of processing time. Shipping delivery times can be impacted by weather events across the country, and FedEx delivery package load.
Tire Delivery Options
You can choose between 3 delivery options:
Your tires can be delivered directly to your billing address.
Your tires can be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.
The tires can be delivered directly to a Tire Installer of your choice. Please enter the address of the Tire Installer in the 'Ship To' address and be sure to coordinate acceptance of your shipment from Tires-easy.com.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records. Once your tires ship, you will receive a second email to notify you of the tire shipment.
Out of Stock Merchandise
We make every attempt to provide accurate inventory levels on our website. Occasionally we are out of stock. In these instances, you will be notified by e-mail or receive a phone call if we do not have your tires in stock. If we expect stock soon we will send you the date that we expect to ship your order. We may also provide you with alternative tires to consider.
Home Delivery and Order Tracking
We send tires via FedEx Ground. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires have shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivering outside the United States
We currently do not ship tires outside the continental United States.
Tires-easy only accepts coupons authorized by Tires-easy. Unfortunately there are coupon websites that post outdated and/or false coupons. We cannot honor such coupons. If you have a question regarding a coupon, please contact Customer Service to assist you by phone at 1-855-978-6789 or send an email to email@example.com.
You can buy tires with confidence from Tires-easy.com. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund and the shipping is on us. Exclusions apply, click here for details.
Contact our Customer Service department to initiate the return. Please call 1-855-978-6789 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not return any tires directly to our office, as they will not be accepted without a return authorization number and prior notice of the return.
