Continental PremiumContact 6 SSR (Runflat) is a premium performance summer tire made for passenger vehicles like sedans, SUV’s and crossovers. This tire is enhanced with SSR system, which is a runflat technology developed by Continental. It is based on self-supporting reinforced sidewall, and in case of a puncture prevents the sidewall from being crushed between the rim and the road. This Continental tire features a Safety Silica Compound for maximum wet braking and also improves mileage by serving longer. The handling-optimized pattern design gives a tire sporty look and performance, while the comfort-optimized performance footprint extends driving convenience and lowers the exterior noise. One narrow and two wide circumferential grooves help to evacuate water away from the tire’s footprint and reduce hydroplaning of the vehicle.
