The Gladiator QR15-STB tire is a ST, or "Special Trailer" tire for boat trailers, campers or utility trailer applications. The special trailer tire construction, and materials used, means the Gladiator QR15-STB tire can carry heavy loads and handle the rigors of overloading or off-road towing conditions. ST tires can only be used on trailers because the sides of the tires are heavily reinforced and are too rigid for the suspension of a truck, SUV or car. Apart from the strength of the tire, this tire has wide open circumferential grooves to quickly and efficiently evacuate water from under the tire for very good grip and tracking on wet or flooding roads.
