Nitto NT421Q Style Description
The Nitto NT421Q tire is an all-season tire developed and designed with an advanced sipe technology that helps with traction on wet roads, better handling on dry and grip on snow. It has Nitto's 3D Interlocking sipe design and revolutionary 3D multi-wave grooves which breaks the performance tradeoff between traction and long wear-life. Combining the sipes, all-season rubber compound, and circumferential grooves allow SUVs and crossovers to handle safely throughout the seasons. The large and open grooves provide improved lateral water expulsion with the help of its three deep and wide circumferential grooves. For snow it has many biting edges for traction in snow. The tread blocks on the shoulders of the tire are massive which means more rubber on the road during cornering. There is extra rubber in the bead area of the tire to protect the tire from impacts due to potholes and road hazards.
