The RBP Repulsor X/T RX is an extreme terrain tire, a hybrid category built to give you most of a mud-terrain's off-road capability with meaningfully better highway manners. Large staggered tread blocks, wide voids, and an open shoulder layout deliver relentless traction in mud, sand, dirt, and loose rock. Between the lugs, integrated stone ejectors prevent debris retention to protect the casing from stone drilling, while zigzag sipes provide additional biting edges on wet and slippery surfaces. The reinforced sidewall construction adds puncture protection and confidence under heavy loads or towing stress. Two honest notes. It is not 3PMSF certified, so while the aggressive blocks handle light snow and slush well, it is not rated for severe winter service and should not be your only tire in a hard winter climate. And these are heavy tires, so have the set road force balanced rather than spin balanced, and re-torque your lug nuts after the first fifty to a hundred miles. Most of the vibration complaints in this category trace back to a spin balance on a heavy tire, not to the tire itself.
