Federal Himalaya WS2 Product Description
This listing is for new Federal Himalaya WS2 205/65R15XL 99T BSW Tires. Manufacturer part number: 870G5A.
Federal Himalaya WS2 is a studdable winter tire for passenger cars, and CUVs that drive on the harshest winter roads. Excellent stability, handling and traction are accomplished by the intersecting main grooves and tire compounds that stay flexible even in the coldest winter conditions. The multiple pitch designed tread reduces noise and ensures precision steering on ice and snow. The V-shaped groove design increases tread rigidity to prevent uneven wear. The wide center rib and multiple angled grooves move snow slush and water away from the tire quickly to promote traction and prevent hydroplanning. The Himalaya WS2 carries the 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake rating for severe snow service. This is a great choice in a value priced, studdable winter tire.
